PFGi is an ISO9001:2008 certified organisation who takes great pride in completing process design projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and without compromising quality.

Our Quality Policy is to:

• Plan, establish, implement and maintain a quality management system which is client focused and leads to the delivery of all client requirements in a structured and orderly manner
• Ensure the systems and structures are maintained and resourced to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• Review the effectiveness and continually improve aspects of the QMS.
• Maintain systems for the selection and monitoring of appropriate Quality Objectives such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Our Quality Management System is founded on an in-house custom-built documentation management system called DocVersion which is adaptable to suit Client specific project filing and naming conventions. This ensures that handover packages are maintained live throughout the project life-cycle, allowing for a structured, efficient indexed handover at the end of a project.
